By accessing FastSMS ("Platform", "Website", or "Services"), creating an account, or purchasing virtual SMS numbers, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FastSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes and OTPs for online account registration and verification.

• Virtual numbers are temporary and provided on a per-use or rental basis.
• Numbers are intended solely for lawful online verification purposes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from using FastSMS for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Illegal financial activities, scams, or impersonation.
• Spamming, harassment, or unauthorized bulk registrations.
• Attempting to bypass security systems or exploit provider networks.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. User Wallet & Payments

Users deposit funds into their FastSMS account balance via approved payment gateways. Balances are used to purchase virtual numbers. Prices per number vary by service and country as displayed on the portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

FastSMS shall not be liable for third-party platform policy changes, third-party service account bans, or temporary network outages beyond our reasonable control.
