FastSMS operates on a 100% Fair Refund Guarantee for all virtual SMS orders.
1. Automatic Refund for Unused Orders
You are never charged for a virtual number if you do not receive an SMS verification code!
- If an SMS verification code does not arrive within the timer limit, the order automatically cancels and the 100% full amount is instantly credited back to your account balance.
- If you manually cancel a pending order after the minimum unlock period, your account balance is refunded immediately without any deduction.
2. Completed SMS Orders
Once an SMS code is successfully received and displayed on your dashboard, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, as the digital service has been successfully rendered.
3. Wallet Deposit Refunds
Deposits made into your FastSMS wallet balance are non-withdrawable cash credits intended for purchasing virtual SMS services on the Platform. If a payment error or duplicate charge occurs, please contact our support team within 7 days for review.
